Sharks Swim Meet – May 17, 2025

Location: Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club Family Pool

• Arrival Time: 3:45 PM
• Warm-Up Begins: 4:00 PM
• Meet Start: 5:00 PM

What to Bring:
Team suit, goggles, swim cap, two towels

(one to sit on, one to dry off), water, and something to keep them entertained (toys, books, cards, etc.).

We have having difficulty with the heat sheet but will hopefully have a solution shortly.

Volunteers Needed!

Please don’t forget to sign up to volunteer—we can’t do it without you!

Pool Area Reminder:
Construction is almost

complete, but not quite. Please help us keep swimmers out of any construction zones for their safety.

Meet Flow:
There will be tents set up behind the pool area, one for each age group (youngest closest to the large gate).

• Use the double gate by the picnic tables to enter and exit.
• Find your swimmer’s tent, check in with the parent volunteer, and get them settled.
• Parents can hang out on the lawn area until it’s time to watch races—head in through the large gate near the playground to view events.

Age Group Parents:
If you're signed up to help in a tent, please arrive by or before 3:45 PM

so kids are supervised from the start. If anything changes and you can’t make it to the meet, please let me know ASAP.
