Age Group Parents

Keep an eye on the swimmers in your group. Follow the heat sheet and help get them lined up before their event.

Timers

Use Dolphin timers to time swimmers in your lane. Then write the time on timer sheets. Best view of the pool!

Runners

Pick up cards held up by the stroke judge or timers and take them to the Scorekeeper.

Ready Bench Assistant

Help get swimmers in place on the ready bench according to their heat numbers and lanes. Head Ready Bench volunteer will coordinate for you.

Meet Monitor

Helps the head coach, team rep, and scorekeeper if anything arises during the meet.

Stroke and Turn Judges

Paired with a judge from the opposing team, stand poolside and watch for infractions. Requires some training, but very interesting job. Great for parents to learn details to help children improve their strokes.
