The first meet is almost here, and I wanted to check in with a few important reminders:

1. Swimmer Declarations – The deadline to declare your swimmer is tonight at midnight. Please make sure to complete this—it’s very important for planning the meet lineup.
2. Volunteer Sign-Ups – We still have a few volunteer spots that need to be filled. Meets can’t run without your help! If you have any questions about the roles or what’s involved, feel free to reach out.
3. Arrival Time – Please have your swimmers ready to go by 4:00 PM so we can start the meet smoothly.
4. Heat Sheets – We’ll be sending those out shortly, so keep an eye on your inbox.
