Hi Shark Fam,

I wanted to share the important information from the hosting team, Whispering Oaks. Our meet is on Monday, June 16th at 6:00p. Please read through carefully so we’re all set for meet day. 

Location:
11219 Whisper Valley, San Antonio, TX 78230

Parking Notes:
Parking is very limited, so walking or carpooling is encouraged.

• Do not park in marked “No Parking” zones or within 15 feet of the fire hydrant at Whisper Valley & Whisper Bluff. Police may ticket or tow.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.

Meet Timeline:

• Fair Oaks Warm-Up: 5:15–5:45 p.m.
• Officials Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
• Timers Meeting: 5:40 p.m.
• Littles Exhibition (4–5-year-olds): 5:55 p.m. (These swimmers are not part of the regular meet but will showcase their skills right before we begin.)
• Meet Start Time: 6:00 p.m.

Pool Details:

• 6-lane meter pool 
• Starting blocks in use
• Well-lit deck and pool area for evening meets
• Deep end and baby pool will be closed

Seating and Setup:

• Bring deck chairs or blankets
• Shade is available; tents are welcome but not necessary
• Poolside benches are reserved for viewing races only

Concessions:
No outside food or coolers allowed unless your swimmer has dietary restrictions.
